Senior Finance and Insurance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Working as a consultant on assigned projects in finance, insurance, or fintech field
• Assisting Insurance clients' management in achieving strategic and operational goals
• Establishing business concepts and timelines for implementation
• Assuming content ownership in project topic domains
• Working on-site for parts at the client's location

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology from a reputable university
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Proven experience in the banking/insurance sector
• Capability to manage development, enhance processes, and build excellent client relationships based on trust and integrity
• Problem-solving skills that are highly analytical and systematic; ability to swiftly comprehend difficult circumstances
• Excellent customer and colleague presentation and communication abilities
• Have an entrepreneurial attitude and team-leading abilities.
• Interest in sophisticated IT systems and IT affinity
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) are advantageous.
• Financial Services industry project management expertise is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent social and teamwork abilities

Brutto’s base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is the minimum salary offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits, or a variable part of the salary.
