IT Support Administrator

Our client is a multinational automotive industry that is operating in over 13 countries worldwide. Therefore, if you thrive in an international environment, are experienced in system administration and IT support, this exciting opportunity could be a good fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to colleagues within the EU
• Keep track and process IT tickets, and if necessary, escalate issues with relevant departments
• Resolve hardware related issues (PC and Cell phones)
• Manage internal hardware assets to ensure their compliance with company guidelines.
• Support other departments to manage the network infrastructure
• Detect issues and find solutions to infrastructure-related problems
• Provide an excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Good analytical thinking
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security
• A people person who enjoys helping colleagues with IT problems
• Driving License
• Good command of English (B2-C1)

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
