Our client is a social media platform with offices all around the world. This position is based in Berlin and it's part of the Global Quality Analysis and Operations division.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring quality delivery of the content reviewed in selected European markets
- Tracking, analysing and presenting collected performance data in KPI reports
- Assisting, coaching and supporting existing and new members of the team
- Providing consistent quality measurements throughout the operation
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:
- Fluent level of German and English language
- At least one year of experience in a team leading role
- Previous experience with reporting and KPI's
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
