Director IT

On this position, you will lead and coordinate IT teams that are responsible for all aspects of delivery of international IT projects, from initiation to closure. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination and delivery of IT projects to external customers
• Definition of the project management strategy that is aligned with the business initiatives
• Accountable for delivering programs on time, within budget and within scope
• Making complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction, using high degree of initiative and independent judgment that have direct impact on clients’ relationships and financial results
• Coordination of multiple IT teams
• Stakeholder management
• Proactive allocation of resources and control of expenses
• Resolution of most critical issues with minimal involvement from senior management

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive management experience in IT environment, including large-scale program and project management and personnel management. PgMP and/or PMP is preferred
• Experience with IT service delivery for external customers and on an international level
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
• Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans
• Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations
• Ability to prioritize
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
• Fluent English
• Experience in an agile environment is an advantage

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
