Analyst - Inventory Control

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy & completeness of the company's channel inventory, Point of Sale and Sell-Through data, for all channel partners in the region
• Interacts with the company’s appointed CDM (customer data management) vendor to manage channel owned inventory
• Performs trend analysis on inventory management and communicates and drives resolution to any issues affecting inventory performance.
• Reconcile reported inventory against calculated inventory & lead root cause investigations on variances
• Establish effective peer relationships across multiple functions and business units to ensure the organization is meeting all stakeholder requirements & is continuing to add new value for the business
• Develop effective relationships with the company's channel partners and understand the audit framework supporting the channel inventory strategy
• Identify fit for purpose processes to capture channel inventory data, which may include identifying external partners to deliver requirements and effectively manage those external vendor relationships 
• Assist with root cause analysis
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree, high level of fluency in English
• Experience in Call Centre operations, Customer Support or 2nd level query handling
• Familiarity with technology sales and support business, especially channel sales
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI is a great benefit
• Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve queries from clients and business partners
• Analytical approach; able to search data on multiple applications (such as product serial numbers, invoice numbers, customer identity), identify trends and anomalies with data
• Displays a high level of confidence, able to listen to multiple points of view to business issues and make well-balanced recommendations
  
  
  

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
