Finance Consultant (cost management)

Responsibilities:

• Participation on the annual planning and factual results process and on the creation of cost allocations including the service catalogue and cost allocation keys for group operations and group functions
• Craft submissions of key sets and service catalogue in cooperation with the responsible Cost Controllers
• Clarify questions and give advice to internal clients to increase efficiency
• Lead performance management for Group Operations
• Build solutions to estimate how demand impacts cost
• Develop new ways of service cost analytics
• Lead productivity improvement projects
• Interact closely with various business areas and finance representatives across the world
• Generate proven insights for customers with your spike in analytics
• Design solutions
• Act as an advisor to the business on efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• At least 2-5 years of experience in Finance or Consulting 
• Experience with cost allocation is a nice to have 
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of VBA and Access is welcome)
• Very good analytics knowledge
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Focus on improving solutions, processes and ways to interact

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
