Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Consult, curate and design meaningful and relevant learning content with a focus on digital learning 
• Collaborate on the identification of core business and detailed learning needs of the organization
• Advise on learning methodologies and solutions
• Understand the learning experience and principals of adult learning
• Advise the business in digital learning space
• Sell the concept of digital learning to your partners
• Secure a deep understanding of core strategic objectives, requirements and challenges
• Apply new and modern learning methods on a continuous basis
• Design and develop new training materials in partnership with internal expertise from the business
• Prepare and run feedback sessions with trainers 

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of how to curate & create content e.g. digitally using infographics, interactive PDF’s, modern forms of e-learning, video learning
• At least 6 years of experience in Learning & Development with experience in business consulting
• Expertise in digitisation of learning, AI and a range of Learning/Knowledge IT platforms 
• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration/ Economics/ HR /IT
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experienced working in a global matrix organization 
• Strong execution and result focus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks 
• Effective and winning communication
• Understand adult learning principles and methodologies, especially modern digital learning methods
• Project management skills & highly organised
• Work towards innovation and perfection
  
  

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. An advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
