For our Branch in Bratislava, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant, who is challenged by complex tasks, new projects, who likes to share knowledge and comes up with new solutions in order to make work more efficient. Is it you who we’re looking for? You will have a chance to coordinate recruitment projects including both our candidates and clients.
We’re looking for a person who will:
• Own recruitment projects (end-to-end) for our clients – from specialists roles to top management
• Provide consulting services for our candidates and clients
• Develop professional relationships with our current and prospective clients
• Attend interesting events such as: conferences, job fairs, business meetings, trainings, networking events
• Mentor less experienced colleagues
• Support Country Manager in preparing reports, analysis, strategies on recruitment projects
• Continuously search for innovative ideas to support our environment and business
