Equipment Logistic Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and configuration of logistic activities, procurement and inventory management of all services to customer
• Solving issues with exportation from the US and EU region to other countries
• Investigation and resolving of inventory issues
• Assistance in troubleshooting and resolving of missing data, hardware or shipping failures
• Inventory database maintenance
• Cooperation with Procurement, Vendor and other teams
• Preparation of various reports for management
• The position is for fixed-term contract with changing shifts (day and evening)
• Work place is in Bratislava or in Košice

Requirements:

• University degree is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must
• Advanced Excel user
• Analytical thinking and customer focus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonusses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
