Program Manager for Telcom company!

Are you experienced with leading software life cycle projects and you have  experience from Telcom company? You are open for travelling, you have

good analytic skills, you are able to speak witk stakeholders as well as junior developers in suitable level? Do you prefer agile methodology? We have a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Initiation and leading of technology integration/migration projects in Europe
• Manage technology lifecycle (e.g. change management, performance reviews, quality assurance) according to Agile methodology
• Provide consultancy to clients / collegues and risk management
• Controlling the internas employees as well as external vendors
• Lead and complete tasks to collect and report on IT security and remediation needs.
• Identify and manage dependencies internal to a team and with other Stakeholders
• Create KPIs
• Provide support to ensure on schedule and accurate time tracking for the projects

Requirements:

• University degree with focus on IT, Engineering or Telcom industry
• Relevant experience in consultancy  at Telcom company
• Knowledge of TV/video service (vendors, suppliers etc.)
• 5+years of managing software development lifecycle
• Knowledge and  practical usage of Agile methodology
• Fluent English, German is advantage
• Willingness to travel

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate. An advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
