Senior Finance Professional (internal controls and risk)

We are looking for candidate who is passionate about operational risk, controls, processes and wants to actively cooperate with CFO. The main responsibility is to provide advice & assurance and act as trusted partner to Finance teams. This includes advising on process and control design, review of audit results, issue/findings reporting and monitoring and definition of remediation measures.  In addition you will review and/or coordinates work of others and contribute to projects as project member or lead smaller projects.   

Responsibilities:     

• Support the improvement of the internal control framework and risk indicator   
• Improve the monitoring of Financial Reporting Risk   
• Make recommendations on strengthening the controls of reviewed processes  
• Provide support in internal and external audit matters    
• Monitor open issues to ensure timely resolution and closure   
• Be responsible for updating process documentation within our business unit   
• Oversee the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment process   

Requirements:   

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must  
• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting 
• Ideally around 3 years experience in similar role finance/audit/controls  
• Experience from Big4 is very welcome  
• Great communication skills  
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex tasks 
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
