Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities

  • Providing back office support for Sales department within EMEA, mainly with administrative and analytical tasks
  • Preparation of pricing, quotations, placing orders in the system
  • Working on strategic projects – service migrations, rollouts of new customers etc.
  • Majority of work will be in Excel or internal tools
  • Cooperation with other departments, setting up calls with sales
  • The position is for 2 years contract

 

Requirements

  • University degree from Business Administration / Finance or International Relations is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of English is a must (B2 – C1 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Experience with administrative / customer facing or sales position
  • Detail orientation, communication skills, multitasking

 

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonusses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
