Procurement Project Program Management Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Participate in global projects to streamline, align, standardize and simplify current Procurement processes, systems and tools
• Support the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of Procurement projects
• Collaborate with IT and business through the development and implementation process
• Understand business users needs & requirements 
• Coordinate business needs with resource availability, manage change request process and determine change requests prioritization
• Develop and track project plans, project schedules and tasks, regularly report on project progress, risks and changes to timeline
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities through test script creation, UAT metrics development, UAT progress monitoring and secure and coordinate UAT testers
• Participate in Post-Installation testing
• Support and Development of sustaining a team, work closely with business users
• Participate in root cause analysis for feedback to users
• Establish and execute communication and training plan for users (internal and external)
• Manage and review SharePoint site

Requirements:

• University degree in Economy or IT
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluent in English
• Strong project management skills to develop, track, and run multiple simultaneous projects
• Previous experience in leading and supervising a team will be an advantage
• Result-oriented, analytical and accurate
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, organizational and persuasion skills
• MS Office (including MS Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, InfoPath), MS SharePoint
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP (Ariba, Fieldglass) systems will be an advantage

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate. An advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
