Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Helping and supporting clients with technical and functional issues via email and phone
- Working with data using internal system of the company
- Controlling and processing the migrated data
- Cooperating with colleagues on process improvements
- Solving of issues and problem situations
Requirements:
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian + English
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Experience with client service area of work, administration or back office is an advantage
- Stress-resistant
- Work permit is required
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate. An advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
