What will be your role?

- Administration and support of our server-based infrastructure and associated technologies.
- Protect data by operating robust processes.
- 1st level of support in IT related issues via email and phone.
- Provide personal assistance to local IT issues in Bratislava office and internal trainings for Bratislava staff.
- Attempt to resolve or escalate a wide range of issues.
- Provide On Call Support

What will you work with?

- IT infrastructure consists of a centralized infrastructure located in a collocation data centre close to one of the regional offices.
- Technology architecture is mainly based on Microsoft Back office Technology, Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Exchange and Hyper-v.
- Local desktops and applications are delivered via Citrix XenApp in a server-based computing model.
- Wide Area Network connectivity is provided by VPN services.
- There are approximately 330 users across nine offices.
