Job description, responsibilities and duties
Would you like to build your professional career in area of supply chain and transport planning?
Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of EU transports at minimal costs (considering business and legal rules and capacity utilization)
- Carrier assignments and follow-up
- Cooperation with local transport coordinator during planning process
- Reviewing and proposing of improvements on transport planning scope
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- University degree with relevant background
- Previous Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
- Fluent English
- MS Excel - advanced
- Reliable person with communicative and positive approach
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving abilities
- Willingness to learn in the area of transport planning
