IT Business Analyst (Finance area - Solvency II)

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in providing and setting up the IT infrastructure to fulfil the regulatory requirement on Solvency II reporting
• Be available for our finance business partners during the quarterly and annual submission cycles for any kind of user requests
• Support major Finance IT projects / programs as a knowledge holder for Solvency II
• Engage with finance department to analyse the need and possibility of improving and automatize existing processes and systems
• Support the implementation of change requests: collecting requirements, writing concepts, support implementation, testing, roll out and finally productive support

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Economics/IT
• Willingness to learn more about reporting or accounting standards
• IT/ Technical skills
• Great communication skills
• First business analyst experience, experience in requirements engineering and conceptual work is an advantage
• Experience in writing and running SQL and experienced with Excel
• Knowledge of financial terms like balance sheet, income statemnent, P&L would be really beneficial
• Knowledge of Solvency II or other reporting standards is a plus
