Finance Manager (AR division)

Responsibilities: 

• Take full responsibility for the reporting of financial results 
• Full compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules 
• Full SOX compliance 
• Set-up of Team Structure as well as manage, motivate and develop the team  
• Achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets 
• Ensure that external partners and regional partners receive accurate and on-time information 
• Deliver department's continuous improvement savings 
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of daily transactional volume 
• Monitor the performance and quality of the accounting activities performed by the accounting team based on agreed measurables (KPIs) plus initiate timely reaction to any missed KPI targets  

Requirements: 

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must  
• 7 years of experience in financial and business management (3 years as Finance Manager) 
• Prior leadership experience and excellent leadership skills 
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle & HFM experience 
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication skills 
• Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality 
• Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Outsourced environment
