Critical Situation Project Manager (6 month contract)

Become a part of the Escalation Team for well-known PC manufacturer for 6 month project. 

Responsibilities

• Handling Customers situations having a critical impact to the company's business relationship with the customer via telephone, e-mail
• Resolve serious situations that may result in the loss of future business and will severely impact the customers use of the equipment
• Use all of the companies resources to resolve customer issues that will provide a satisfactory outcome for the customer 
• Responsible for a positive outcome so as not to compromise any future business with the customer
• Provide cost effective solutions to customers issues that will satisfy the customer to company's high standards
• Assist in the development of new processes and procedures that will increase overall service to customers

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent business experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Organised, methodical and logical approach
• Relative experience in the computing industry would be an advantage
• Spreadsheet and data analysis
• Fluent English is a must
