Tele-sales team leader

Become leader of newly established team of inside sales and service CEE region. Help to set up functional working environment and mentor sales representatives to fulfil the goals.

Inside sales team will focus on upsales among already existing clients and focus on building up relationships.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand inside sales process in the company
• Manage, train and coach the inside sales team
• Manage the targets and sales plan, help the team to deliver promised results
• Provide regular reports to management (plan fulfilment, sales targets etc.)
• Implement sales strategy aligned with product portfolio
• Support Slovakia, Czech Rep. and Hungary from Bratislava
• Align with field sales team on common strategy if needed
• Cooperate with logistics and back office teams to service clients effectively
• Research methods to increase customers’ engagement
• Ensure all the process and legal compliance
• Lead generation and research on existing clients in SalesForce

 Requirements

• Fluent English on business level
• Previous experience with sales team management min. 2 years
• Previous proven track of sales experience and delivery
• Experience with telesales
• Experience with process set up and implementation
• Good planning skills
• Good IT literacy
