Sales and Administration Support

Responsibilities

• Collecting of customer and external supplier data
• Organisation of calls / meetings with sales department
• Gathering and verifying information about customer's locations in internal tools and Excel
• Providing support to sales department with administrative tasks
• Supporting sales / customers with pricing
• Supporting and processing requests for proposals
• Preparation of needed documentation to serve the customers
• Cooperation with customers and internal departments to gather all required data
• Keeping deadlines and target price on time

Requirements

• High school or University degree is required
• Fluent English language is a must
• Advanced user of MS Excel is a plus, but more important is willingness to learn
• Relevant experience in administration / back office
• Communictive and proactive person
• Experience with working with suppliers or customers is welcomed
