For international company in Brno with strong presence within Europe, we are looking for an experienced leader!
What is the role about?
You are responsible for business and people leadership it means that you are:
- Developing strategies, policies, systems and processes to achieve the goals set
- Building strong relationship and partnership with customers and partners
- Meeting financial objectives and developing annual operating budget
- Following up internal process management
- Preparing financial reports for stakeholders
- Performing duties assigned by Board of Directors
You will take part in creation of company´s goals and visions (short term and long term)
How your background and knowledge should look like?
- Experience from global (preferably) matrix organisation where you are responsible for 2 or more countries
- Strong familiarity with FMCG/OCT markets
- Leadership experience of managing other managers is a must
- University degree in Business (preferably MBA) or equivalent experience
- Excellent English
- Communication skills on high level as well as sense of purpose, responsibility and analytical thinking. We are looking for someone open-minded who can lead by example.
