Cost Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Administration, maintenance and reconciliation of cost reporting platforms 
• Month end reconciliation and analytics process – comparing cost from local accounting system with cost reported by group reporting tool 
• Running monthly cost reports  
• Coordination of the monthly booking of cost accruals to the local ledgers 
• Responsibility for coordinating cost centre changes within in-house system  
• Ad-hoc reporting for business customers
• Uploading the cost data for plan and projection to financial data store 
• Participation on major finance transformation projects or initiatives 
• Monthly Management Report report execution 
• Creation Cost operation calendar with deadlines 
• Coordinating of changes and amendments to reporting system 

 
Requirements: 

• University degree (preferably in a finance related field) 
• Advanced English (written and spoken)  
• Experience in financial accounting or planning/controlling (up to 3 years) 
• Good knowledge of Excel  
• Good communication skills 
• Analytical thinking 
• Strong with numbers and the representation of information 
• Ability to work in dynamic environment
