Job description
- Modelling & testing all kind of customer documents for front and backoffice systems
- Using of document modelling software DOC1
- Communicating with product managers and IT department about requirements, test results and errors
- Keeping documentation updated
- Tools we use : DOC1 ,MS Office products ,Tools for testing, internal error reporting & tracking
We are looking for
- Analytical thinking and skills, structured way of work
- Fondness for precise and careful work
- Interest in life insurance business
- Good team player
- Open communication (foreign languages)
- Flexibility in terms of accepting short term traveling abroad
- Language skills: German and English ( B2 level)
- Working experience in document management environment is an advantage
