Communications & HR Intern (student part-time)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Communications & HR Intern, you’ll play an active role in building a vibrant company culture and supporting key initiatives across HR and Communications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to both internal and external communication projects – from content creation to campaign support.
• Creating engaging materials using our internal communication platforms and tools.
• Supporting Employer Branding initiatives that showcase our culture and attract top talent.
• Assisting with Employee Engagement and Satisfaction initiatives that help us create a great place to work.
• Taking part in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that connect our company with the community.
• Helping to plan and organize events that bring our people together.
• Providing flexible support on various HR admin and communication tasks, keeping everything running smoothly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You’re a university student, ideally studying marketing communication, mass media, or a related field.
• You have excellent organizational skills and know how to manage your time and tasks effectively.
• You’re creative, proactive, and can express ideas clearly and confidently.
• You have an advanced level of English – both written and spoken.
• You’re flexible, responsible, and ready to take initiative.
• Any relevant experience in HR, communications, or event planning is a plus – but not required.
