Transactional Procurement Specialist with German (Maternity Leave Replacement)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Transactional Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible among others for:

• Processing of Purchase Requisitions and release of Purchase Orders to suppliers
• Tracking and follow up Purchase Orders and deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Documentation in SAP
• Managing import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials
• Managing availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment
• Basic experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools
• Self-disciplined, customer oriented with strong communication skills
• Business proficient English and German

Salary

1 550 EUR/monthThe base salary can be higher depending on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.
