Center of Expertise Specialist Management Accounting

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks as Center of Expertise Specialist in Management Accounting would be :
  • Support in implementation of process changes by defining concretely necessary change steps, organize involvement of stakeholders and appropriate change management
  • Help assessing impact of larger changes affecting the End-to-End process such as IT-projects, mergers and other organizational changes
  • Enhance quality, efficiency and compliance of service center operations and service delivery through tracking, reporting and analyses of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators
  • Drive the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Management Accounting transaction processing
  • Support operational teams in case of peek activity or major bottleneck (closing)
  • Organize and plan to coordinate multiple business unit needs and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Support internal and external audits when requested

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Economics or Business Studies with major in accounting.
  • Several years of professional experience in Management Accounting or Controlling with good understanding of Accounting and cross-functional processes
  • Advanced in core SAP CO Modules (OM, PA, PCA, PC and Material Ledger) and attached tools (e.g. SAP Workflows, Smart Close, MDG-F) is a must
  • Reporting and analytics experience (preferably BI)
  • Technical understanding of IT supported processes to increase process automation
  • Organized and pro-active personality with balanced focus on quality and pragmatic solutions
  • Strong focus on details by prioritizing topics based on aligned timeline.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders incl. senior audience
  • Proficient Business English

Salary

1 800 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1800 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
