Junior Payments Specialist (suitable for fresh graduates)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily, independent execution of payment runs
• Create new payment runs or adjustment of parameters for payment runs based on requests
• Execute manual payments
• Communicate Internally / externally with Service Center / Finance / Banks / Master Data team related to payments in the context of daily business processes
• Ensure the compliance of standardized processes
• Perform internal controls

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Pro-active personality for a good overview and an eye for quality, capability to anticipate change and prepare his team for smooth transition by planning, setting expectations and clear communications
• An open and creative problem solver
• Business proficient English

Salary

1 350 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1350 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
