Intellectual Property Specialist (suitable for fresh Law graduates)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for filing patent applications globally
• Preparing and processing of national and international documents and correspondence with inventors, attorneys and patent offices to ensure legal and formality requirements are met
• Proactive monitoring of due dates for Intellectual Property (IP) filings
• Using state-of-the-art IT tools for communication with external and internal partners
• Cooperating closely with IP Counsels, inventors, patent offices, external patent attorneys and service providers
• Postprocessing of maintenance decisions for dedicated patent portfolios
• Drafting/prolonging confidentiality agreements to be reviewed by IP Counsels
• IP filing related invoice handling and processing in IT tools

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh graduate of Business Law, Economic Law
• Experience and knowledge in IP law is a nice-to-have
• Good written and verbal language skills in English, German language is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Commitment, team spirit, reliability and organizational talent in combination with an independent and structured way of working

Salary

1 500 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1500 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
