Junior Business Support Specialist

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation of contract/sales orders, invoices, and credit notes - external and intercompany
• General maintenance of yearly contracts
• Processing inquiries, ad hoc requests from the Commercial Operations Team considering internal and external requirements
• Creation and monitoring of Purchase Requisitions for the intercompany service transactions
• Contribute to the continuous process improvement and collaboration in projects and performance of testing. Implement process changes

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably with major in accounting
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of accounting
• Some experience in Intercompany processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes
• IAS/IFRS knowledge appreciated
• Work experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus
• A team player with strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Business proficient English

Salary

1 400 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1400 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
