Controller Data Visualization

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Controller Data Visualization supports the global Controlling organization with efficient, insightful and attractive reporting dashboards across all topic areas relevant to Controlling. The position holder drives reporting centralization and harmonization across the entire Controlling organization.

Your tasks on this position will include:
  • taking over & documenting processes in alignment with the global Controlling organization
  • identify, drive and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • contribution to increase of automation / data visualization skills within the Reporting & Automation Hub as well as Controlling
  • regular generation of reports for countries, corporate functions and business entities
  • monitoring of deviations in financial KPIs
  • master data maintenance in the Controlling area
  • creation of dashboards and data visualization using internal as well as market-standard tools
  • support of internal charge-out processes
  • first level Controlling support for internal stakeholders, mostly using a ticketing system
  • support of authorization management

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • BA or comparable university degree preferably in Controlling, business administration, economics or a comparable branch of study
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Controlling, FP&A or comparable functions
  • good degree of general business understanding
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to quickly analyze and evaluate complex information
  • high affinity to use and further develop tools in the Controlling area, e.g. (self-service-) reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.), statistics tools or RPA
  • Strong communication & team working skills in an international environment
  • Flexibility to work managing varying workload
  • skilled use of MS Office, especially Excel,
  • skilled use of business intelligence querying tools (e.g. AO or Bex Analyzer for SAP BW)
  • knowledge of dashboarding tools like Power Query, Tableau or SAC are a plus
  • advanced skills like VBA, Python etc. are a plus
  • English fluent, both written and spoken.
  • additional language skills, especially German or Chinese are a plus

Salary

1 900 EUR/monthThe minimum salary is 1900 EUR/month. The basic salary can be higher depending on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.
