Transactional Procurement Specialist with English - afternoon shift (maternity leave replacement)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:

• Processing of Purchase Requisitions and release of Purchase Orders to suppliers according to Operational Sourcing Procedure and within quality and time constraints
• Track and follow up Purchase Orders and deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Documentation in SAP
• Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials
• Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners
• Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective plant stakeholders
• Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities
• Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.
• Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full
• Resolve major supply issues and complaints in collaboration with Category Management/ Sourcing

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in business
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment
• Basic experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus
• Self-disciplined
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people
• Strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Other languages are of advantage

1 300 EUR/monthThe basic salary can be higher depending on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. Additionally, the candidate is receiving late shift compensation.
