Internal Service Specialist

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administration and operational support of 9 branches within Global Sales Support, namely Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Czechia, Serbia, Croatia, Austria, Canada and South Africa with regards to invoice processing, procurement, supplier communication and daily support to our foreign Sales representatives
  • Administration of corporate credit cards for all branches, daily support for cardholders
  • Responsibility for Local contract management
  • Ensure operational and administration support in relationship with suppliers and other business entities, including supplier selection, creation of purchase requisitions
  • Travel function management and related changes to travel changes and processes and relationship with travel agencies
  • General administration within the scope of the Operations function for Bratislava office such as keeping top condition of our premises and liaison with outsourced facility management provider with regards to complaints, improvements and necessary maintenance. Oversight of the reception, providing guidance, direction and support
  • Main backup for HSEQ (health, safety, environment and quality) covering local activities such as Health and Safety (BOZP), safety walkthroughs and site security
  • Business Support role for intercompany charging and true-up process, coordinate and implement process changes and support project initiatives ?

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor degree in Economics/Management/Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the Internal Services area, ideally in a multifunctional Shared service center context
  • Proven customer service skills and analytical skills for accurate support
  • Understanding of contract management, procurement, invoicing
  • Basic knowledge in SAP system transactional functionality and an understanding of systems workflow, dependencies and inter-dependencies
  • Reporting and analytics experience
  • Flexible, self-driven personality, works well in a team environment, with a positive and pragmatic approach on problem solving
  • Strongly customer oriented with proactive approach
  • Business proficient English

Salary

1 300 EUR/monthThe minimum salary on this position is 1300 EUR. The salary can be higher based on the candidate's skills and previous experience.
