The Procurement CoE Intern/Part-time Student ensures timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Procurement Centre of Excelence (CoE) related transactions assigned to his role.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support on supplier registration into the Procurement system
- Handling supplier calls on a regular daily basis (this is the fundamental part of the job)
- Supporting Procurement Center of Excellence team in Global Shared Service Center
- Communication with suppliers and internal customers
- Assist and support ad-hoc requests
