Accountant Accounts Payable (Maternity Leave Cover)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Accountant for Accounts Payable you will be ensuring timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Accounts Payable transactions assigned to your role.
This includes support of the day to day Accounts Payable operations for the following process areas:

• Processing invoices until the release of payment
• Handling internal and external communication
• Vendor account maintenance and closing activities
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of Accounts Payable process activities and procedures.
• Assists the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration with preferred major in accounting.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in the area of Accounting, preferably within Accounts Payable
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes
• Work experience with SAP is of advantage
• Acts as a role model by being a strong team-player
• Strong communication skills
• Business proficient English

Salary

1 400 EUR/monthThe minimum offered salary is 1400 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
