The Junior Accountant for Accounts Payable ensures timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Accounts Payable transactions assigned to his role.
The daily tasks of a Junior Accountant include:
- Processing invoices until the release of payment
- Handling internal and external communication
- Supporting vendor account maintenance and closing activities
- Assisting and supporting ad-hoc requests
- Assisting the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Some experience in Accounts Payable with processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage
- Ability to adapt to new culture and people
- Good communication skills
- Very good command of English and intermediate German
