The HSEQ / QES(1) Specialist is the main contact person with respect to quality (Q), environment (E), safety (S) and health management within his/her respective area of responsibility as described below.
• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, performance evaluation and improvement of the COV IMS for HSEQ in his/her area of responsibility. His/her tasks include but are not limited to analysis and evaluation of customer complaints, audits and self-assessments, management review & follow-up of action plan, development & monitoring of continual improvement initiatives, support response to customer inquiries, support customer audits, training of QES(n).
• Set up a process to ensure the overall assurance of quality, efficiency and compliance with agreed guidelines and handbooks and perform mandatory QM reviews
• Responsible for implementation and execution of health and safety measures in line with Slovak legal requirements and Covestro health and safety standards.
• Contributes to site-wide continuous improvements effort in designated areas, identifies opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements, responsible for delivery of continuous improvements initiatives within the scope of the function
• Leadership and coordination of real estate projects from initiation to completion (budgeting, design, supplier supervision)
• General administration within the scope of the Operations function such as management of complaints, invoice processing, expense claim support and similar.
• Provides full backup for all Internal Services Specialist tasks and responsibilities

What you offer

• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the Accounting and Finance area, ideally in a multifunctional Shared service center context
• Proven customer service skills and analytical skills for accurate support
• Basic knowledge in SAP system transactional functionality and an understanding of systems workflow, dependencies and inter-dependencies
• Reporting and analytics experience
• Flexible, works well in a team environment, with a positive and pragmatic approach on problem solving
• Business proficient English
• Position is replacement during maternity/parental leave of absence

The offered salary for this position is € 1,300 gross. This salary is the minimum possible offer and may be higher depending on the scope and seniority of employee requirements.
