What you will do as a Store Manager:
•Lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales assistants
•Analyze selling information and take responsibility for the store sales performance
•Oversee store operations, such as stockroom routines and customer service
•Work with your team on the shop floor and in the office
•Recruit, build the team and ensure all new colleagues are made to feel welcome and are well-trained
•Run performance appraisals, identify talents and support their progression with development plans
•Be a COS brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers
•Help to a create a great place to work
•Cooperate and communicate regularly with Area Manager and Area Team

For Store Manager position we are looking for:
•Approx. 1 year experience as a manager within a retail environment
•Ability to lead, train and develop people
•Interest in selling, commercial thinking, customer focus and willingness to work with fashion
•Empathy and respect for other people, friendly personality
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•English at B2 level
