Job description, responsibilities and duties

As the Senior Leasing Manager, you will not only look after our leasing activities but also have the opportunity to influence the design of our city. In this position, you will be a part of our project team and have the opportunity to modify our projects. Therefor the suitable candidate is a team player who engages in visionary design and has a proven track-record in leasing management of commercial premises.

• Manage and coordinate the lease of office and retail space within the given projects,
• Conduct effective sales presentations to provide information for potential tenants,
• Engage in creation of targeted marketing strategies in order to achieve maximum rental efficiency,
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants. This includes continuously monitoring the changing needs of tenants and proactively offering them tailor-made solutions,
• Continuously monitor and prepare information for tenants and work to make the projects attractive by responding to the current trends and developments in the real estate market,
• Actively seek and develop long-term relationships with business partners and create opportunities for further cooperation,
• Collaborate with the marketing department on the preparation of current promotional campaigns,
• Participate in the creation, management and implementation of marketing plans related to the relevant projects,
• Be an active part of the project team and define the technical and spatial requirements of potential tenants,
• Be prepared to innovate and adapt to a dynamic field of work,
• Create the conceptual framework of new projects and prepare a leasing plan,
• Have good technical knowledge of the employers as well as competitions projects,
• Actively cooperate and share information with other respective departments (fit-out, legal, property, etc.) ,
• Maintain data in the dedicated database to ensure accurate reporting towards the company.

Personality requirements and skills

• 3+ years of experience in given area
• Solid knowledge of the Slovak real-estate market
• Customer oriented, motivated and eager to look for new opportunities
• English language proficiency
• Working knowledge of MS Office
