Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with the overall business strategy
• Analyzes trends & metrics with the HR dept
• Provides HR policy guidance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and the Headquarters in Spain providing decision support and recommending new approaches through HR metrics
• Works closely within organization to improve: work relationships, build morale, increase productivity & retention
• Executes recruitment process ( internal/external posting, advertisemnts, marketing, branding...)
• Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and selection and share best practice
• Analysis of business problems, Applies process-related analytical skills for improved business solutions, including system, functional and organizational change
