Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • You will develop new tire lines for European & American markets.
  • Product development is organized in projects with you as Project Manager working within our department.
  • You’ll get requirements from main customer (marketing) and steer development project until product is launched in the market.
  • You will implement newly developed products into serial production.
  • You’ll monitor performance of existing products and care about quality, timing and costs.
  • You’ll coordinate between several functions and locations as central R&D and Marketing in Germany, US and all involved international markets.
  • You will design test concepts and test your prototype tires, work with Big Data (Tableau).
  • Presentation of new products to specific customers.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree or student currently studying the University – technical background (mechanical, industrial, mathematics..).
  • Good English, German is only welcome.
  • Communication is a key.
  • Meeting new people, working in diverse teams, positive and open attitude.
  • Organized and structured approach.
  • Any leadership or project experience welcome.
  • Big Data handling needed.
