Job description, responsibilities and duties

Develop and track measures how to maximize variable margins & profit across a projects, product line and customer portfolio;
Perform partnering with Plant, Sales, Product managers, Purchasing department,.. to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market;
Aling profitability during commercial hand over to plant before SOP, manage pricing strategy formulation for project after SOP and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, sets target sales price gaps in order to optimize pricing vs cost;
Fully understand product costing controlling in order to analyse product costing calculation, margin contribution and full profitability picture, performs product costing calculations;
Develop analytical tracking tools/models to quickly and accurately determine Margins and Profit. Prepare business case model that will be used to generate standard and individual case basis pricing and thresholds in support of sales efforts, providing recommendations on how to optimize price realization through strategic pricing actions;
Participate in annual Budget, Forecast and analyses and monitoring return on planned strategic investment, profitability and other key metrics.

Educational Specialization

Finance, Accounting, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Engineering, Computer Science

Personality requirements and skills

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Engineering, Computer Science;
Fluent English;
Minimum of 5 years experience leading and participating on project teams with relevant change initiatives;
Strong financial and controlling analytical skills;
SAP CO Standard Costing;
Proficiency MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
