Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Working in international IT service teams and manage the service delivery• Lead and support incident-, problem- and change management process
• Validate new customer requirements and lead the implementation
• Release management
• Manage service and software quality based on best practices and operational execellence
• Ensure IT security of services/applications based on given standards

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• University degree in Computer Science or related subject area
• Experience in software development, service or project management
• Excellent skills in following topics: Application management and ITSM (ITIL)
• Knowledge in infrastructure operations is advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
