Job description, responsibilities and duties

Managing, safeguarding and steering strategic projects of Operations within Hydraulic Brake Systems;
Support, development and coaching of the worldwide KPI tracking, benchmarking and improvement activities;
Lead of HBS Jishuken network with facilitation support, planning tool, promotion and tracking with plants;
Responsible for HOP database and Operations Dashboard Management;
Organize and guide quarterly Reviews with plants and Operations Management, provide standard template for Plants;
Coordination of all Strategic projects of HBS Operations;
Align with Operations CBS organization roadmap for CBS methods, tools, implementation and intensivation of exchange and lessons learned between HBS Plants;
Introduction of project list with all the HBS projects listed behind fulfillment rate numbers;
Be on of the Drivers for Improvement in our HBS Production Community and HBS Plants.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Engineering, Finance or Business Administration

Personality requirements and skills

University degree preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration;
6+ years of professional experience in Operations, Engineering, Finance or Project Management;
2+ years of experience in automotive business, understanding of automotive environment and Strategy Development;
Experience with production processes also in the area of Lean production;
Knowledge of Quality Management, Problem solving and decision making tools and technique;
Experience in working with international teams;
Analytical skills, Project management skills, Strategy development.
