Job description, responsibilities and duties

Performance Management within SCM - analysing performance of plants worldwide
Supporting Improvement Projects and track Implementation
Share best practice across plants
Report respective KPIs in standard reporting
Improve standard reporting by automation tools (e.g. RPA) and visualize it via Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Power BI)
Negotiation with suppliers on business level
Support locations by solving issues in the supply chain
Previous experience within SCM field is not mandatory, however would be a plus
Being part of goal oriented, international team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Industrial Engineering, Economics, SCM, Information Technology

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Graduate at Business Studies/Economics Science/Economics/Industrial Engineering/Information Technology or relevant practical skills and knowledge;
Great skills in Power BI and/or other relevant tools (Power Automate, Knime);
Fluent English (spoken and written) - German and/or other languages are very welcomed;
Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as feel for business relationship management;
Ability to analyze various data sources and interpret them comprehensibly;
Very low error rate, accuracy and timely delivery of results;
Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working along with a mentality for setting up and improving own processes.
