Job description, responsibilities and duties

Professional care and support in internal and external quality issues within the business area Hydraulic brake systems (HBS) - area Friction Brakes;
Ensuring, supporting and tracking quality activities in new development and change projects; coordination and specification of projects In regards of customers' requirements;
Implementation of the (HBS)and Conti quality strategy;
Transfer of measures for error prevention and quality improvement to areas with similar problems;
Proactive implementation of lessons learned into practise;
Preparation and execution of NCC targets on segment/plant level based on defined HBS target;
Tracking of the defined activities, participation and support of kick-off meetings, series start-up discussions and project meetings;
Support of specialist functions and plants by weak points and improvement programs, support of audit measures;
Internal contact for business unit HBS with regard to a customer-independent defined product group;
Support of the plant quality areas and the Q-KAM organization.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

Graduated in the technical field;
Project experience with the development and implementation of automotive products in series production is desirable;
Confident handling of MS Office 365 programs, knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP;
Experiencee with statistical tools;
Assertiveness, a sense of responsibility and team spirit, growth mindset, decision-making, agility;
English - advanced level, German – advantage;
3+ years of professional experience in the automotive sector, breaking systems - an advantage;
Knowledge of APQP,8D and QM methods (SPC, MSA, Six Sigma, Benchmarking, Risk Management, FMEA).
