Job description, responsibilities and duties
Develop the design of new tires for the American market (tread pattern and sidewall)Identify and translate market needs into design concepts
Develop and monitor designs from start to finish
Communicate concepts to design team, multidisciplinary project teams, Marketing organization and external customers
Work across a range of different product segments and customer groups with a clear focus on Off-Road tires
Achieve innovative and appropriate design solutions for Continental Tires and its various brands

Completion of a bachelor degree in Industrial Design (or equivalent)
Ideally a longer stay in the US (e.g. for studies or internship)
Excellent English skills
Strong visualization skills: from quick technical concept sketching to complete presentation sketches, 3D CAD modeling and rendering
Supporting engineering 3D CAD modelling and drawings
Willingness to understand technical boundaries and manufacturing processes and working closely with engineers
Excellent storytelling and narrative skills especially around your craft
Self-direction towards excellent work outcomes and a comfort level in complex and sometimes ambiguous environments
Ideally a longer stay in the US (e.g. for studies or internship)
Excellent English skills
