1 350 - 2 800 EUR/month> Fresh graduates: Salary starts min. from 1350 eur gross + variable part of salary. It depends on experience and skills. Average salary up to 1660 eur gross in the 1st year. > Experienced candidates: Salary starts min. from 1500 eur gross + variable part of salary. It depends on experience and skills. Average salary up to 1900 eur gross in the 1st year. Salary Increase up to 2800€/month within a few year´s experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

OE Product development - you will lead Target Approval tire developments, manage vehicle realization projects for OEM customers meeting their specific requirements, in both - basic and additional tire performance. You will design experimental tires and test them, furthermore after tire approval - introduce new specification into serial production and maintain performance.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

> Background in Science (Technical university), able to work in English spoken environment.
> Able to coordinate/manage projects & project teams
> Simulation capabilities highly welcome
> Able to think rationally and able to work under pressure .
> Good communication skills, English proficiency.
> Willing to grow and able to travel.
