> Experienced candidates: Salary starts min. from 1500 eur gross + variable part of salary. It depends on experience and skills. Average salary up to 1900 eur gross in the 1st year.
Salary Increase up to 2800€/month within a few year´s experience.
Job description, responsibilities and duties
OE Product development - you will lead Target Approval tire developments, manage vehicle realization projects for OEM customers meeting their specific requirements, in both - basic and additional tire performance. You will design experimental tires and test them, furthermore after tire approval - introduce new specification into serial production and maintain performance.Requirements for the employee
