Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Chemical Raw material approval and integration into raw material concept and strategies leading to improvements in performance, quality and best costs.
> Technical ownership of chemical raw material groups and raw materials related processes ww.
> Ensuring proper raw materials specifications with all relevant technical and processing related issues, transfer of quality statistic and supplier capability into specifications and searching for opportunity to introduce new raw materials.
> Coordination of chemical evaluations of raw materials on a laboratory level.
> Taking participation or leading projects on demand.
> Steering technical negotiation with suppliers and customers.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

> University education (Master's degree) in chemical background or natural science. Postgraduate (Doctorate) welcome.
> Knowledge of Rubber technology and chemical raw material testing welcome.
Very good English skills written and spoken.
