Interfaces / Strategy
> Ensure interface for logistics topics between market organization within the region
> Ensure consistent communication flow with other logistics functions (plants, SCM EMEA, systems)
> Ensure continuous process improvement, leading towards supply chain as a differentiator
> Develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions (costs and/or service focus)
Inventory management
> Co-ordinate alignment of supply chain parameters across the region and maintain or monitor/co-ordinate parameters in Supply Chain systems (e.g. Safety Stock, Replenishment Strategies)
> Continuous monitoring of incoming goods, escalate shortages
> Inbound planning (slot management/TLB, exception handling)
> Analyse stock levels and deal with overstocks (OOR/OOA, slow movers)
> Allocation of availability across markets according to criteria
Warehousing & distribution
> Interface to service provider for warehouse operations and distribution in defined markets, operational review meetings, quality audits
> Claim handling
> DOT management, permanent inventory
> Continuous improvement for space and handling optimization
> Best practice exchange with Central functions and other warehouses
> Interface to custom's offices
Logistics costs
> Monitoring and continuous optimization of rent, handling and transport cost
> Ensure self billing process

Business Administration (or similar) / relevant tertiary qualification
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
> Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or similar) / relevant tertiary qualification
> 3-5 years experiences in demand management or logistics, experiences in logistics processes
> At least 2 years management experience of small group
> Experience of working in an international environment.
> English fluently; other languages as a plus (German, Hungarian, Slovakian, Czech)
> SCORE/RP, SST functionalities - advanced Logistics processes (inventory manag. and distribution) - expert
> Knowledge of relevant Markets Sales strategies, market distribution landscape SAP SD, EWM
> Project management and negotiation skills - advanced
> 3-5 years experiences in demand management or logistics, experiences in logistics processes
> At least 2 years management experience of small group
> Experience of working in an international environment.
> English fluently; other languages as a plus (German, Hungarian, Slovakian, Czech)
